Hygiene and Safety Policy
Important: Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of items that are:

Unopened and in original sealed packaging

Unused and in resalable condition

Returned within 14 days of delivery
- To have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns of:

Opened or unsealed products

Products that have been used or tested

Items without original packaging

Intimate hygiene products (as per EU regulations)
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Return an Item

Contact us at support@amourboutique.eu within 14 days of receiving your order

Provide your order number and reason for return

Wait for return authorization and instructions

Ship the item back in its original packaging to the dedicated address
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
